CHAOSScast Episode 51: Understanding the Community Through Metrics with Carina C. Zona (Part 1)

This week we were absolutely thrilled to be hosting Carina C. Zona, the founder of CallbackWomen and the Head of Developer Relations for Toolchain. Panelists Venia Logan and Armstrong Foundjem joined Carina and host Georg Link to discuss quantitative and qualitative measurement of an open source community, deciding what aspects of a community’s culture to foster and those to let go, and how the experience matters more than what the metrics might say on the surface.
