Metric Release 2020-08 is Finalized
After six months of hard work, CHAOSS is proud to release eight new metrics that can be used to measure open source community health, bringing the total number of defined metrics to 46. We also revised three existing metrics, added new focus areas, and restructured our Value Working Group to take a more accurate look at measuring value within projects.

After months of hard work and preparation, we have released the next set of metrics releases for the public review period. We would love your help in reviewing the current candidates and we encourage you to visit our metrics page and click on each item marked with the “under review” label. Any and all feedback is appreciated!
Next Metrics Release is Almost Here
August 1, 2020, is our plan for the next CHAOSS Metrics release. Several new and interesting metrics are in the works for this.
All working groups are finalizing metrics for this release by June 24 so that we can start the 1-month public review period.
